Salmon & Pesto Class - September 18, 2019

Salmon & Pesto was our first class of the fall semester. In the class, we learned to make two different types of pesto with subtle differences in both flavor and texture, and discovered how drastically different each version turned out with the final product. Paired with a fresh, citrusy side dish of orzo, this meal was a snap to prepare. Below are some photos of the class in action!
